All Fired up on the Mini!

<p />Did a beutiful piece of sushi grade tuna tonight. Let the mini get as hot as I could. Seared for about 45 seconds to 1 minute per side. Results: <color="red">Fantastic.

TRex,[p]About an inch sounds right. I coated it with olive oil and just a little rub (to "KICK IT UP"). Good stuff!
