I was thinking of purchasing the small egg. What accessories do I absolutely have to have?

    sgb,
Not knowing what it will come with, I would say....dome thermometer, slide daisy wheel, and the ash tool, some kind of fire starter, and some lump....bare minimums here, but this will get you cookin..[p]Wess

    sgb,
I would add that regardless of which one you get, do the thermometer check. Mine was off by about 60 degrees.

    sgb,
You absolutley have to have pork spares, ground beef for juicy burgers, steak, and beer!(or whatever your prefered alchoholic beverage may be).
It wont hurt to go to your local brick yard and buy about 6 firebricks. they are very cheap...I paid .50 a piece...and as you read the forum they can come in handy. They certainly are good to have around....and if you never use them.. hey, you only spent 3 bucks.
