Cobia Update

Well, the folks returned from Florida with the Cobia but unfortunately it was frozen. We've been going through a bit of a scare with my grandmother being in the hospital (heart valve replacement at 82) and they were flying pretty quickly to get home. The fish that they caught was put in the freezer in FL and kept that way due to the necessity of getting home quickly and not knowing when they would be able to cook it. So, I have the filets (about 18 pounds each) but they are frozen now waiting to be grilled. Just more time to plan I guess. Thanks for all of the suggestions, I'll keep you informed.[p]By the way Doc Chicken, I expect to see a piece o' dat brisket arrive on my porch step any day now, you're Cobia filet will be sent shortly. hehehe[p]Troy
