Kabobs, Pizza & Pineapples - I'm stuffed !!!

Fired up one of the BGE's..

Started with a pizza: all fresh ingredients from Uncle Guiseppe's Italian Market ( whole peeled tomatoes, basil and hand grated Grana Padano cheese ala Difara Pizza in Brooklyn )

Kabobs : shrimp -light coat of olive oil, then a dusting of Jamaican Firewalk and Shakin The Tree rub. Veggies were just olive oil, S&P.

Grilled Pineapple: started with a shallow bath of Jack Daniels for 15 minutes. Then onto hot grill with Pineapple Head Rub

Pizza was my best so far. BGE was at 550+ and I allowed stone ample time to get hot. Crust was exactly what I was hoping for except my screw up trying to cut off a little excess dough from the original dough ball to fit on the 12" stone and ensure a thinner crust. I just ripped off a chunk (see 2nd pic) but it made it hard to get the dough lay out in a perfect circle and then this part was thicker than I wanted.

Shrimps had a really nice kick and the pineapples made for a super dessert.

What an awesome meal. I'm stuffed !!!
