Pork Chops

Having fresh vegetables and Mexican cornbread for dinner tonight and want to do some pork chops (fairly thin, like 3/4 inch thick}. Plan to put olive oil on them a few hours ahead and rub some of Dizzy Pig on them. Probably be too thin to put polder in to check internal temp. What do y'all think about temp and time on BGE? Thanks,[p]Ray Price

Babyray,[p]Hmmm, 3/4" thick . . . let's see, I cook 1.5" pork chops (boneless) at 450 or so for about 5 1/2 mins/side. For 3/4" thick chops, I guess I'd try 2 1/2 mins/side. That's a tough call, though - maybe someone else has done chops this thin and will chime in.[p]Good luck![p]TRex
