breaking in the Small

Got home late last night, but I was determined to break in the small. So, at about 9:30, I fired her up for the first time, got her up to 800 degrees, seared a nice NY strip, then while resting the steak cooked three burgers seasoned nicely with Dizzy Cow Lick. My wife and I ate the burgers (best we've had yet), then I put the steak back on for 5/5, pulled, plated, and my wife and I shared our first steak off the Small--delicious. [p]Yes, a lot of meat at a late hour - we were uncomfortably stuffed. But man it was worth it. The Small sure does a great job. She's going to be a workhorse.[p]TRex

Spring Chicken,[p]Buy a Small. I can already see the benefits. Even my wife admits it was a great addition to the family. Maybe if you wait until the Chim-Chimney's grand opening they'll cut you a deal.[p]TRex
