BajaTom,[p]Done bunny a couple of times and we just treat it like chicken. salt - pepper - olive oil grill at about 375º - 425º as I recall less than 10 minutes on a side more like 8 my wife just said. Can dry out pretty quick. A friend did a lo'n'slo with bunny and pulled it. Wasn't too bad!

    BajaTom,
We did rabbit at a cooking school in Provence: place a quarter of a rabbit on a piece of aluminum foil with Dijon mustard spread on it along with olive oil and a sprig of rosemary. Wrap up the quarter with the foil and throw it right on hot coals for 10-15 minutes. I have not done this yet, but the modification that I would use for the Egg is to put the wrapped foil packages on the grill over direct heat with a dome temp of 450-475. In the foil packages, it should take about 15-20 minutes. If you do it, let us know how it turned out. If you don't, I'll let you know in a week or two when I do it. Have fun.
