Chile Grill First Cook

Spring Chicken

<p />My wife gave me a Chile Grill for my birthday a few days ago. This is the first time I tried it. I hollowed out some large jalapenos, stuffed them with little sausages, colby/monterey jack cheese, covered with some bacon and sprinkled on some seasonings. Cooked indirect at 325° for about 30 minutes. This is what it looked like when it went on.[p]Spring Chicken

They were ok but not "wonderful" like the standard ABT recipe using cream cheese. But I think everything can be improved upon with practice. So I plan to practice, practice, practice.[p]Spring Chicken
