<p />some photos of my newly acquired mini with platesetter, main grid, stainless steel rind (with 3 bolts on the outside for keeping the ring centerd) top grid mounted on ring.
note: the ring was made for me and a special thanks to Larry Ward, who gave me his ring measurements 9"Ø od x 1.5" x 1/8, and who inspired me with his idea (thanks again Larry)[p][p]

Chef Arnoldi,[p]A platesetter? Where is the platesetter?[p]What would you slow cook on the mini without having to constantly open it up and add lump?[p]Pardon the curiousity, but I also have a mini, which I'm about to go fire up and throw hot dogs on.

Chef Arnoldi,does the ring serve a purpose other than providing a raised grid? It looks great! I bet those fine homemade sausages you cooked at Octoberfest last year will soon enjoy a visit to Mr. Mini!

tn slagamater, it is just for the purpose of raising the second grid - noe i have 127sq in cooking area on the mini :>))

That looks really good.If you turn the bottom grate upside down they lock in place and want slide.
