Zippy\'s Carniswine Pie!

I had been itching to make one of Zippy's pies. Started off with pounded pork loin.
A layer of gGenoa Salami. And then more pork loin.
Then a layer of spinach and some Kick in yer Sack Zippy rub.
More pork loin.
A layer of proscuitto
After more loin, some mozzerella cheese.
Then the cover and the wrap.
Cover with bacon
Cook on the egg til bacon is crispy, add some BBQ sauce.
And the finish. And it's fat free!
