    <p />toronto james,
Well, when I really want to impress a lot of people, I would do 6 slabs of babybacks. You won't have any room on the BGE for anything else, but have the side dishes inside.
I also have done 3 slabs of babybacks and a whole beef tenderloin on a large. Another thought would be 3 slabs of babybacks and a pork loin. I keep referring to the 3 slabs of babybacks because I buy them in packages of 3 at Sams.
    Good luck,[p]CWM

    Car Wash Mike,
Are 6 slabs going to be enough for 20 people? I'd eat half a slab by myself, and that's if I'm not hungry. [p]Confused in NC,

    The Naked Whiz,
My 1 brother and my 2 sisters have 4 kids each. So if my brother and 2 sisters show up that is 18 + my wife and I. I just took for granted that some would be kids.
1/2 slab isn't out of the question though.
I think the 3 slabs and pork loin would do the trick.[p]CWM

toronto james,[p]Pulled pork is always an option. On a large, you can cook enough for 20 without much of a problem. Three 3 ponders (uncooked weight) sould do the trick (I cook four if they will fit)![p]When I smoke a Boston Butt, I always have extra. It freezes well and can just be popped into the microwave to impress occasional visitors![p]smokey.gif

Smokey,[p]Miss type. That is three 8 pound boston butts should be enough.

toronto james, This past Thursday, I had a cookout that fed 23 folks, all of whom were adults. Half male and half female. Eleven pounds of pulled pork, a four pound London Broil and eight chicken breasts. The leftovers I had included just enough p.p. to make one small sandwich the following day, one 1/4 inch slice of steak and 1/2 a chicken breast. [p]Needless to say, the crowd enjoyed the food!!! Using these meats I was able to show all aspects of the egg from low and slow to high temp. searing to everyday grilling. All of this was done on my medium Egg. [p]Enjoy!! Mac
