Need an easy brisket recipe
I am about to attempt a low and slow brisket tomarrow. I am looking for an EASY recipe/method for cooking. I'm a newbie. I have a drip pan, plate-setter, and polder.[p]Questions:[p]What temp?
Approxamately how long?
Do I wrap it in foil?
What rub/marinade? I have the new slenda guilded splinters (haven't tried yet), fajita rub, bbq bomber, BGE special rub, and (of course) frenches mustard, at my disposal.[p]Thanks in advance[p]Brad
