Suggestion for wokked veggies

Nature Boy inspired me to try wokking mushrooms, asparagus, onion and pineapple. I'm planning a dinner where everything from soup to nuts to ice tea comes from the egg, (ok, no ice tea) and I'd like to do pineapple for dessert. So, I think pineapple in the veggies would be a bit much. What might I use to substitute for the pineapple in the veggie mix? Or should I just leave it out and go with the asparagus, onion and pineapple?[p]Thanks!

I was going to suggest mushrooms but I see you've already omitted it. Add some red and yellow pepper to that mixture. Works well.

A nice substitution would be sliced baby zucchini or eggplant. You could also add some fresh snow peas.
If you are not a fan of pineapple, then try a fresh but firm mango.[p]Hope this Helps,

I put yellow squash,onions,asparagus,mushrooms,pineapple,string beans(with the ends snapped off)) and a hand full of cashew nuts.
