Hi There,
I will be receiving my new egg in a couple of weeks, can't wait, I have heard that the nester is not very sturdy and my egg could fall over. Is that true I do not want to loss my egg so soon after I receive it. Let me know please if I should do something else, this is all I can afford at this time.
Happy Grilling,

Have had both of my LBGE's in nests for a coupla years. No problems.

My first large was in a nest for over 5 years, uncovered. Never had a problem until we moved and the movers thought it was all one piece. One grabbed the nest, the other grabbed the top. My NEW large sits in a table.

Hey,
It depends on the type of surface you are going to be rolling your nest/egg on. If it is smooth, you should not have any problem. When I do move mine, I try to be very careful, even though it is a smooth surface... Depending on how active a Hurricane season we are having, it definitely gets moved next to the house, at least a couple of times a year.
Haven't had a problem yet, and I have had it for a couple of years...
Thanks...

Pull, don't push the egg when it's in a nest. If you are pushing it, and a wheel runs into something or over something, you can push the whole thing over. Otherwise, it's pretty stable.

I have 1 in a table and the other in a nest and no problems. The nest is easier to move around but as was said pull don't push.

also, pull on the legs, not on the handle/shelf/hinge - think centre of gravity.canuckland

Have not had a problem. I have a brick patio -- just use caution when moving.

What Buxwheat said.
You can tip it over if you are pushing the top forward and the wheels get caught.
You won't tip it over if you pull toward yourself on a leg of the nest.
And welcome to the forum!
