I made pizza tonight and I couldn't eat just once piece

    Pizza made at home just has to be better for you than pizza hut and such....

    Pizza really isn't that bad if you go a little light on the cheese and avoid pepperoni and sausage. I use whole milk mozzarella that I buy thinly sliced in the deli. About 4-5 ounces will do the whole pie easily.

    Canadian Bacon and veggies can keep the calories and fat content down considerably.

    Make your own sauce with just tomato, onion, garlic, and herbs. Most store bought stuff has oils and sugar added.

    Make your own dough and use much less sugar and no oil.

    Then you can enjoy 2-3 slices without the guilt.
  • Just watch your carbs tomarrow and walk a little more.
