White wine tenderloin recipe.

<p />Here is a try.
Saute' a small white onion in oilve oil until tender.
Add white wine to taste.
Remove from heat and add sliced baby portabello mushroom.
I took half of a beef tenderloin and sliced a pocket in it.
Rolled in Cowlick Rub.
Placed mixture in pocket and am cooking as I type.
The pic shows ribs which were put on around 10, hope everything is done at 3:30.
Other large has beer butt chicken and mini will be cooking the baby portabellos.
Will post finished pics and hopefully good results as this is a new 1 to me.[p]CWM

    looks really good, can't wait to hear about and see the finished product. .. did 2 big racks of ribs split into 4 racks earlier today, trying out different rub combinations on each one (tsunami spin on one, dizzy dust on one, raging river w/ applesauce on one, and gilded splinters w/ deli mustard on the last one). . .then neighbor brett came over and we had a rib tasting w/ my wife and daughter... this was the first time i had done ribs and the results were most favorable.. .not exactly competition quality, but most excellent all the way around. ...good texture and flavor. .. the applesauce worked out really well. . .[p]now i have two beer butt chickens going for dinner. .. tomorrow night i break in the new small with my chateaubriand. ... [p]the weather around here sucks, but the egging is [email protected]!![p]enjoy[p]max
