Venison Chops Question

A friend of mine has some venison chops he wants to do up on the egg, I have never cooked venison so I was wondering if anyone has a great recipe, will need help with times, temps and set up as well.

    I don't have much to offer you except, do them as you would a pork chop only more rare. I hunt and cook alot of deer. You do not want to over cook it. Just play with some stuff and I am sure it will turn out great. I like to use hot and sweet with my deer meat!!!!
