How do you post a picture?

How do I post a picture of my first cook?
I've tried looking at other Forum stuff but I still can't figure it out.
Simple instuctions would be helpful.

set up a free account with photobucket, put your pics in there and then re ask the question. its a simple click and paste once you have photobucket

Ok, I got this photobucket thing. I can see the picture. How to I get it from photobucket to a forum post?

Put the cursor on the picture you want and a pop up box should appear click on the bottom one ,IMG, that will copy the link then right click and paste it in your post.
