Morning All:

Usually on Sunday afternoon/evening I not only cook today's dinner, but also cook some things for later in the week for quick dinners or lunches. Today was no different.

First did eight boneless skinless chicken breasts (using 4 different rubs to have some variety)...

Next was a couple more ham slices, again two different rubs...

Then was tonight's dinner...brats on hot German potato salad

The potato salad wasn't done on the Egg, but the brats were...up close...

Finally once everything else was done and we had eaten it was time for the sweet stuff...from this...

Actually only fired up one Egg and just cooked one item after the other. One or both of us have a meeting three nights this week, so the advanced cooks will help with evening meals.

Have a GREAT day!
