Vegas Slim,
The 3/1/1.5 method should stillwork fine but you may want to pay a little extra attention in the last 1.5 stage...[p]Wess

Vegas Slim,
My personal favorite is the Jim W technique...give it try some time, the meat wont fall off the bone but more pull completely and cleanly off the bone...there are hundreds of variations on rib cooks, the trick is just finding the one that produces ribs the way you want them to be....Enjoy..[p]Wess
