TONIGHT'S COOK: Chicken Kabobs

Whew! Work has been kicking my you-know-what as of late, so I'm just happy to be able to take a breather and get some food cooked on the eggs, as well as having time to post pics of some of the cooks. So far, we've just eaten the goodies without taking pics. This time, I wanted evidence that I'm still using the cookers :)

Chicken breasts marinated in teriyaki and pineapple juice for about two hours, and skewered along with some zucchini squash, onion, red bell pepper, and some pineapple. Served with some jasmine rice.

Looking forward to the Texas Eggfest in May, and possibly the OKC Eggfest if my schedule allows.
