boneless turkey breast temp ?

Just marinating a tuekey breast. Going to put a rub on and indirect at 325 ish. What internal temp should I pull it

I'd go 160 and let it rest..

If it was dark meat, you would be right on. You should treat a boneless tukey breast just like chicken breasts. Pull it in the 150-160 range and let it sit. The temps will continue to rise and hit the 165 range. If you pul it at 165 it will tend to dry out on you.

Try pulling it a bit higher. Just keep in mind the temp goes up while it rests right after pulling. If you are grilling it, it will finish quickly. Do you have a good thermo to test it with?

Yes i have one I bought at home depo on sale. It has a probe so I think it is fairly accurate. So I should pull closer to 160 then?

check the accuracy by boiling a pot of water. Stick the probe in it and see if it registers 212. If so, you are in luck.
