Hello,
I have been asked to attempt to cook 4 cornish game hens on the old style large green egg. Each one is less than 2 lbs each.
I have never cooked these type birds in any fashion... so any and all advice is appreciated.
I am pondering if I use the rack on top of the grill, or if I just place them on the grill itself.
I am curiosu about the brine as well, I imagien it woudl work as it is a bird, but since they are smaller I am thinking less salt to a gallon of water. I usually go 1 cup of salt to a glalon of water for a 5-8lb chicken. [p]Tips, advice, wishes of luck... [p]thanks,[p]-W [p]
