Can't really help you on the naming part, but I sure could help with any leftovers! Looks great to me.

Hi bill!
Nice pics-another creative dinner. Wegmans should give you a commission. Are you going to Fred's Eggfest?

Careful with that weed burner on the concrete! To much heat can cause it to explode because of the expansion. The food looks great!

i am planning on it an hoping to cook will e-mail this weekend

food was great/ that is a red dragon burner 2300 degrees. and i know it will crack standard 4 inch concrete.. i assume i am safe as that concrete is 18 inches thick. however i am not knowledgeable about such. i would be interested in your [or anyones] opinion.
is it safe do to the thickness of the concrete??

Why not just throw the peppers on the egg and toast them and light the egg all in one firing?? after they are roasted take them off and bag them to steam and let the egg go? This looks really good and I think I might have to do this for dinner tonight. What a great blend of flavors. thanks for sharing! Julie

Hi Bill, thanks for the tip. I would have thought you would loose all the good flavor down the drain. but just a little water and not opening till clean makes sense. Son is doing good. I am going to be a Grammy thanks to him in July, so he better be! I might need to get a big stick! but I smile as now I know that he is going to get "it" I don't think we do get our parents till we are ones ourselves LOL any chance you will be in Ocala? Julie -
Bill, I am no expert but I do not think the thickness has any thing to do with it. I was trying to burn the meat off some rib bones once and the concrete popped. It was six inches thick but only about 1/4 inch popped. The fragments hurt like h__l.
It could have been bad if it had hit me in the face. just my .02 -
will not be in ocala and congratulations on your impending grandmother status.. i am hoping to make it to new hampshire this year .
