It was a good week, that's for sure. I think that fat must accumulate like rings of a tree. I hit one of low density that melted quickly. That makes up for couple of weeks of real dense ones. :woohoo:

stepped on the scale at the gym this morning...I think I'm having one of those though I don't want to jinx it....still have the weekend to get through and I may have a trip to the casino (and the buffet ) planned for Saturday
