Cold Smoke Setup

Does anyone have a good cold smoke setup for the egg? I want to smoke some bacon on the egg.

David, at EGGtoberfest last October, there was someone smoking cheese at 100 degrees by building a small (and I mean small - only a couple of pieces of lump) fire in the bottom of a large BGE. He said he had no trouble maintaining 100 degrees for a couple of hours.
