made the dough






turned out to be the best looking lasagna i have made on the egg..

nothing special i just took the foil off the to after 20 min and let it cook another 40 instead of leaving the foil on longer..

it was pretty easy i just followed alton brown's ravioli pasta recepie.. you ought to try making your own it is alot better a pain in the a$$ but worth it sometimes :laugh:

i had some sauce on the side that i added some of those frozen meatballs to and that was something i will do again

it was not soupy i think i finally got that part fixed i used ricotta, cottage, and motzerella cheese i mixed a dollop of sour cream and one egg that had been working for me latelty i don't have any itialian family so i have had to experiment my way into a good lasagna

I made one that came in a box and it didn't look that good and I'm sure that it didn't taste that good either.

Post the recipe for the dough please, if you get the chance. thanks in advance..I must be Italian, an Italian redneck from Alabama. That's me., part Cajun, part American Indian and have to be Italian when it comes to lasagne!!!

no believe it or not but i have a clean pizza stone it barely fit but it did fit if i would have put a couple more tablespoons of sauce in there i may have a mess.. although i was certian to put it on a cookie sheet before i brought it inside

no i just put it in there raw... i figured that it would cook just fine.. i ran the pasta rollers down to 5 and i think i should have done a 4 but it turned out alot better than i thought.. when i last looked at it before i came inside to get the cookie sheet to bring it inside i walked past leah laughing she looked around and said"that can't be good" i said "for weight watchers i think i just made the best lasagna ever.... you better come look at it... bring the camera" :laugh:
