BGE Pizza Stone vs. All-Clad Stone?
Single Action Egger
Posts: 21
Purchased an All-Clad pizza stone (marble?) with base handles during a clearance sale.
Will this pizza stone work as well as the BGE Stone?
For bread, I was thinking of placing the All-Clad stone on top of the placesetter. Is this appropriate?

I can't speak on the quality of that brand stone, but most if not all non BGE pizza stones seem to crack at high temps. I don't do any baking, but I believe that is done at medium temps, so I bet it will do OK. Let us know.
