Lots of suggestions on the thread below - all of which I think I'll try, especially the tilapia, which I really like anyway. We went with catfish. Very simple - brush lightly with olive oil, sprinkle generously with Jamaican Firewalk and grill direct. Flipped once and then squirted some lemon juice. One of the nice things about catfish fillets as opposed to some flakier fish is that you can flip the fish on the grill without it getting all broken apart.[p]It was OUTSTANDING. I love that stuff - I think I'll try it on vanilla ice cream next (the rub, not the catfish).
