Yesterday's lunch-party of four

Yesterday had friends over and cooked some bone-in tenderloins, abts, quesadillas, to go down with beer, tequila, and wine.

Everything was really good... This is going to be one the staple dishes at the restaurant. (of course presentation needs to be worked on and more sides added)





































To finish it off some bananabread with milk candy.


And then some tequilas... even the dog wanted...

Atomic Buffalo Turds, it's simply jalapeños filled with shrimp and rub-mixed philadelphia cheese, and then wrapped in bacon

Do you remove the seeds and membrane from the jalapeno's?

I personally remove some... because I like them hot...

I guess as long as you make enough space for the shrimp and the cheese, it's personal preference.
