Garlic Cheese biscuits and scallops.

At the last minute decided to cook on a buttered up sizzling platter. Good move. Shakin the Tree for rub.

Biscuits done.

Scallops done.

And plated.

I think I will cook these scallops at the after party in OKC. :woohoo: :woohoo:

Mike, have you tried the bisquits on a pizza stone, any difference? I don't have an airbake pan (which I am assuming that is...)happy in the hut

Hope so. Yes, I was dying to do something with the Pineapple Head. I sprinkled on grapefruit this morning and put it under the broiler for a couple mins. It was great!

Oh no Frank. I cooked scampi last year at the after party. You should come to OKC. They will have about 75 cooks. The place could use some blackened fish. Never been done there.
