I realized last night as I was preparing our filets and shrimp to go on the grill how much the BGE has changed the way we eat. Not long ago a dinner like the one we had last night would have been saved for a special occasion or at least for the weekend - bacon wrapped filets, grilled shrimp and a nice sweet onion. Now with our eggs, every night is a good night to have a special dinner and the only excuse we need is that we have to eat something anyway, why not do it on the egg. What a deal!!!
