Had to clean out the fridge yesterday and this came out pretty good. All the peppers, onions, garlic, carrots,parsnips and garlic and herbs that were at the end of their shelf life. Had some shanks that I got on sale in the freezer. Had some kale and spinach to get rid of too

I have beautiful handles but that angle just missed them. OMG I didn't put the dome on backwards did I? :blink:

It was pretty good. I think I cooked it for close to three hours. The marrow bones in the shank really flavour it up.
