Hi,
My first thanks are to MollyShark for helping me with posting of my pictures.[p]My neighbors ask me to make them some pulled pork. This is an 8 # pork butt that was trimmed of outside fat, put a rub of Dizzy Dust on it, slathered in mustard and some more rub. It was wrapped and put in the fridge for 2 days to let the spices blend in.

I put it in the egg (cooker) about 9 P.M. Friday night and took it out at 12:45 Saturday. A 15+ hour cook. I bet you can almost smell it.[p]Regards, Neiwbobg
