    Why the heck did I low and slow pork spares and leg quarters...feeling like I am a prince..when you have done such high end royalty??? What am I missing? That's it I am going to law school!
    How were those shrimp done? And the previous fillet fish you posted..where they smokey/flaky or moist and juicy?
