beef tenderloin roast

Any good ideas on cooking this 3 lb roast? It's for my mother, who likes her meat well done with some kind of crust (not burnt, though)

    dean, if she likes it well, I think cooking it at about 350 will do nicely. I would turn it a time or two and just bring it off when you are about 5 degrees less than you target. I think well is about 170 but my wife likes hers closer to 185. The nice thing is that it is still moist even at 185.
