I'm in the process of embarking on two fod related endeavors. One is bottling/distribution of a marinade that I make and the other is starting up a catering business revolving around foods smoked on the egg.
Does anyone know of a commercial kitchen available to use or lease in the Norcross,Ga or Atlanta area? Because this is start-up, I'm not blessed with tons of $$$ so a trade would be of interest. I'm an excellent cook with resturant experience and would be willing to work out some kind of barter.
