Tried the Brown Rice with Onions and Roasted Red P

and, aside from my inattentiveness to the time it came out a little to the dry side but very edible.

We'll be doing it again. Quite tasty.

thanks Sundown...I think I'll try that one..looks like it is written for making in the oven but should be pretty adaptable to the egg ..did you use it as a main dish or side?..what did you serve it with?

Side. We did it in the oven because the large Egg is currently cleaned out and needs to be put back together.

Served it with some leftover chicken we had to eat.
