Sure looks tasty! Not sure it would be well received on the wt loss board, though.

guinness, its about 20 percent less calories and about half the carbs of my usual beverage sam adams. not too sure about the calories in the cheese melt, hopefully the protien in the shrimp makes up for it. im thinking some in the weight wathers forum are cheating, like in exercising and alcohol elimination. no way i could keep up a diet like thatfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

take away the beer and your looking at the atkins diet. this past year i picked up some weight, the only thing that i see that i was doing differently from years past is drinking more sams than the guinness i used to drink. doing the math, it was amounting to about 2000 extra calories a week drinking the sams verse the guinness. might not be the best plan, but its a plan i took bread out of the diet as well, seems to be tipping the scale in the other direction.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

Hey guy that looks real good. I just wish I could eat shrimp, allergic to all sea food. I like the idea with the horseradish and using Cobot cheese, I use that all the time one of my favorites.
