I just picked up a cast iron cooking grid for my Lg Egg and was wondering if anyone can share some thoughts on cooking time for ribeyes.

Cooking times will mostly be unchanged. You will have more surface with sear marks, though.

2-min. a side at 600*
Rest them wile you get the Egg down to 400* then roast for 3-4min a side for med rare.

It's the same as before. Just allow the CI to heat up a little longer. I like 60 seconds then rotate then another 60 seconds then flip. Then rotate again of 60 secs then rotate again. Flip one more time and shut down the egg. Allowing the steaks to finish till 5-7 degees before your desired doneness. I like to pull at 130. Gives a 135-137 finish. Remember to allow them to rest for a good 10 minutes.
