Kari, doesn't look like a blooper to me. Wow, Jon makes the rolls? You guys no how to make a great burger. What's on top of it?
Some hatch chiles? -

Anne,
Santa Barbara Olive Oil Co. Olive Muffaletta sauce. Buns were actually more like Muffaletta buns--sure have fond memories of N.O. Muffaletta loaded with shrimp (way back in the 70's :silly: )
Considering cooking something "green chili" style in OKC, but probably can only find chilies from OLD Mexico in April :side: -
Oooh would that be good. There is nothing like New Mexico green chiles. I buy the chiles in Aug/Sept and freeze them. There not the same as the fresh but they're nice to have on hand.
You love N.O. too? That's one of my favorite vacation destinations. I go there for 3 or 4 days just to eat and drink. Paul Prudhommes restaurant is the best. Unfortunately the city has changed alot over the years and not for the better. But most of the mainstay restaurants are still there. Did you get your mufalletta at
Central Grocery? Never had one with shrimp. -

No, somewhere deep into the heart of N.O.--a small shack; Will tell you more in OKC! -
Good lookin' burgers.

Hey D.O.W,
I will be at the OKC fest and I happen to have several frozen vacuum bags of roasted green chilis if that would help your cook. They are similar to the hatch chilis but grown here. I bought them to try my own green chili but I haven't got around to it. Just let me know.
