Dr. Atkins, God rest his soul, would have been proud of the enormous display of ground mammal on display at E2K3 in the form of the meatloaf Smokin' Todd cooked. The third pic shows this low carb meal next to the low carb beer, Michelob Ultra. In one of the more humorous Eggfest moments, we used leftover meatloaf to barter for a free bottle of Jaegermeister with the drive through beer store guy on the way to the post-fest party![p]
