Thanks for the info. I just froze a bunch I smoked from last weeks haul. So the question is, how long will the whole butts keep in the freezer prior to cooking? I don't think I'm going to have time to cook any in the coming week.

Thanks Gene for the heads up. I got about 60 pounds worth off last weeks .88 a pound. Man. This one might get me in the dog house :ermm: I wont be able to pass it up though. maybe just 10 more pounds :huh:

At least several months. These are in cryovac and should be no problem for a while.

I ended up with about 65 lbs worth of meat also. I think it was around $55 out the door.
