This recipe was on the forum:

Has anyone tried it and would you make any changes?
I have some lobster tails and shrimp I plan to cook to celebrate my birthday tomorrow and was planning on using this recipe.
I don't have Lowry's seasoning salt in the 'cupboard' and not sure if I can find the green chili powder. I DO have all of DP's rubs.
Thanks for any help!

They are coming WAYYYY too often... -
Very timely. I found the same recipe and was planning on making it Saturday night for Valentine's day along with a couple of filets. I was also wondering if anyone else had tried it, so no help from me.
We used to dine out for occasions like this. But now whenever I ask my wife where she wants to go, the answer is always "We're staying home and what are you going to cook on the egg?".
And Happy Birthday to you!! -
Thanks.
I know what you mean about going out. Such a hassle getting a reservation on a crowded night and then we always say " We could have done that at home!" -
I have cooked them many times and they are great just the way the recipe says to do them.

Did you have the green chili powder, or make a substitute?

OK, you guys have got me convinced, and reassured me the green chili powder is not an essential part of a good feast!
BTW, my best friend from high school (longer ago than I care to mention), who is President of a Seminary in Odessa, Ukraine, happens to be in town and hopefully will get to join us for the cooking! Haven't seen him in years.
Thanks to all who contributed to this thread.
