Chicken & Biscuits & Cinnamon Crumb Cake

Just some easy ones tonight but great on taste. Made this Chicken & Biscuits recipe from KRAFT Food & Family, pg 12 Fall 2008. Cooked abt 35 minutes @ 375 indirect. 10.75 oz condensed cream of chicken soup, 3/4 cup sour cream, 2 cups cooked chicken, 16 oz frozen mixed veggies, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1 cup baking mix, 3 Tbsp milk. Mix soup & 1/2 of the sour credam w/ chicken, veggies & cheese. Mix 1/4 sour cream & milk until stiff dough forms. Found the Krusteaz Cinnamon Crumb Cake hiding in the pantry but not anymore. We mixed it up and baked these after the meal and finished w/some ice cream.

Looks like a mighty fine dinner. I can smell that all the way from South Louisiana. We might have to try it. This looks like a good recipe to use with left over spatchcocked chicken!
