Delmonico Steak??

The local butcher labels them delmonico's and there are quite a few different opinions as to what is a delmonico http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delmonico_steak but to me it's just a boneless ribeye. This one was about 1 1/2# and just to be different grilled it raised direct at 500 with no pre or post sear and pulled at 120.

first the wifes salmon with EVOO, lemon juice an DP's raging river (sorry no after pics)

didn't time it but was probably about 5-6 minutes a side to get to 120

and with the potato, salad and bread this should hold me for a bit
