yessireebob steven..panko and italian bread crumbs per BubbaTim..they were real tasty..just a bit too crumbly for my liking but the flavor was great!

Well BDog..thing bout my fatties..I always forget to write down what I use in them and I kinda jus use whatever I have on hand..as i recall..that one was red bell pepper, jalpeno, smoked xsharp cheddar, prosciutto, and lebanon bologna...

It all looks great..as usual but I really like the look of the wings. Did you roll them in anything or just planko and crumbs?

thanks JL..used BubbaTim's BCS championship wings recipe..definitely worth a try and the kick is very adjustable as you can add more or less cayenne to the planko/bread crumbs for more/less heat...they were just soaked in evoo before rolling in the planko/crumbs/cayenne mix...

That's some great Superbowl eats ya made! I never had much luck with breaded food in the egg, seems the breading picks up to much lump flavor for my taste.
