Just getting ready to put the Buckboard Bacon on the egg.

I decided to grab some of the refried beans pato posted and jeffinsgf converted & posted in the recipe section.

A couple of tortillas, spread the bean mix added some cheese and another tortilla. On the egg this all turns out great and, Wow, what a treat. This will make some killer burrito's.

If you haven't tried the refried beans you really should. When you are pressed for time get some canned ready to heat refried beans and follow the rest of the instructions.

Rather than chop the chili's & sausage I put them in the blender and got a really fine chop.

These make a great pinto & cheese dish, simple dip, burittos, quesadilla's.

That dish is a real treat and simple to modify for other uses.
