Sausages and slicktop

A big thank you is going out to slicktop, Back in January he posted a low and slow method for sausages on the BGE. I am finally getting around to trying it out today. Oh yes I am using apple for smoke, and the back yard is filled with a very nice aroma. [p]His method is: 250 degrees, indirect in a drip pan for 40 to 45 minutes, then rotate the sausage 180 degrees and cook another 30 to 40 minutes.[p]The jucies will be cascading down my chin tonight.

Fireball,[p]Ahhhhh, it's the 180° flip that must be the secret. I have done mine with just a 90° flip. Next time I will try the 180° method.[p]Sorry - I just felt like being silly.[p]Tim
