A big thank you is going out to slicktop, Back in January he posted a low and slow method for sausages on the BGE. I am finally getting around to trying it out today. Oh yes I am using apple for smoke, and the back yard is filled with a very nice aroma. [p]His method is: 250 degrees, indirect in a drip pan for 40 to 45 minutes, then rotate the sausage 180 degrees and cook another 30 to 40 minutes.[p]The jucies will be cascading down my chin tonight.
