Well, I can't wait until next weekend, so I'm not gonna! The Egg is heating up now and won't be shut down until late this evening. The menu is:[p]1. 1¼ lb. burgers (8) at lunch
2. Barbecued baloney Asian style (I'll be doing this next weekend)
3. 6 lb. chicken legs with Montreal Chicken and Yoshida's Sauce
4. Bacon wrapped chicken livers and gizzards with onion and garlic
5. 3 racks baby back ribs
6. 2 packages leftover spare rib tips from the freezer[p]I hope somebody shows up to eat!![p]Keep the smoke risin'!

Wow, sounds like a great day. I thought I was doing good with the brisket that will be ready for dinner served with beans done on the egg, the ABT's and chicken sandwiches for lunch and the two butts going on tonight.[p]Looking forward to my first eggfest next week, see you there!!![p]Chuck <><
